Vrindavan, 2019-07-04 (VT): Taking its commitment towards the protection the cows a step further, Vrindavan Goraksha Samiti has decided to give free treatment to cows/stray cattle. The announcement was made on Saturday at the Samiti’s office situated near Gopal Khaar on Parikrama Marg.
The initiative was launched by saints after performing cow worship with elaborate rituals.
Commenting on the occasion, Gopesh Baba said, “Vrindavan Goraksha Samiti is dedicated to the selfless service of cows. Malook Peethadhishwar Rajendra Das Maharaj and Swami Gyananand Maharaj of Krishna Kripa Dham and their blessings are the guiding force behind this move.”
He also informed that the ‘Samiti’ has also been involved in rescuing cows from cattle smuggling/meat mafia.
Sant Mohini Sharan Maharaj, Vishveshwar Giri, Samiti’s secretary Vikas Pandit, Nikhil Sharma, Sitaram Sharma, Balram Thakur, Dr. Govind Singh, Gajendra Yadav, Atul Pandit, Jagan Yadav, Keshav Ydav, Sonu Thakur, Shyam Nishaad, Bhuri Nishaad, Pushpendra shukla, Lakhan Thakur, Aakash Goswami, Shubham Sharma, Guru Charan Nishad, Sanju Chuadhary and Ankush Sharma were present at the event.
