Of the 265 crore, 225 will be spent on construction and widening on main highways/ roads to Vrindavan, and the remaining 10 for arrangements and management of the mega event.
The PWD (Public Works Department) has suggested a list of following roads that need immediate attention

Additionally, the Water Board has been directed to fix the leaking sewer line near Tatiya Sthaan in Vrindavan. Water logging and sanitation issues caused by the leakage have posed a major problem for locals for quite a few years now. Authorities are hopeful that their woes will finally be resolved in a span of approximately two month.
According to estimates, nearly 15000 seers from across the country are expected to take part in Vrindavan Kumbh. The administration is working to provide facilities/arrangements such as watch towers, barricading, temporary police booths, water tank, lights and pontoon bridge on the Yamuna. Sanitation will be given utmost priority, with sanitation workers being stationed at the Mela 24×7.
With an aim to highlight Braj on the tourism map of the state, the government is envisioning the 2021 ‘Vrindavan Sant Samagam’ on the lines of ‘Prayagraj Kumbh’ which was a huge success, and was applauded by both the Indian and Western media/agencies for its meticulous management.
